care to give us some details on your background? it helps us reps get a better feel on the best ways to help you achieve your goals. It also helps when we respond to different questions that may arise. if you are an advanced lifter, i don't think it's very time savvy to explain how to do a pullup

Started training about 4 years back. At that time I was weighing in around 160 relatively lean. After 2 years of hard training got up to around 220! I have currently leaned down to around 201! I work split shifts 8 hour, 10 hour, and 12 hour shifts day and night shifts. It all puts a strain on my training and diet, but I strive hard to be dedicated to my training. 4 - 5 days a week, a traditional bodybuilding split, changing it up every 4 - 6 weeks. Logs will follow.......... Thanks again everyone
very good to hear! it's hard to lift with all of those varying shifts and you are still doin it, nice!
