I prolly had too much fun, sample here, sample there, Pre workout shot, protein shot, etc.
All in all, I thank God i was somewhat ahead of schedule going into this event because i had a great time.

Day 1 of peak week. Nothing special just making sure all meds i was taking for my sinuses have been dropped.
Also, cutting all yohimbe containing products. Including fat burners
Is this a drug-tested event you are competing in?
The whole dropping of sinus meds has me wondering.
Naw, not drug tested but most sinus medicine contain histamines which make you retain water

Now seriously, Looking awesome and I find it amazing how you can see some differences in just a matter of 3 days. I wish I had the time and ability to diet down to being close to contest condition.

After 4 days of depletion @ 110g, 55g, 30g, and 30g i was surprised to see that i was not as flat as i thought i would be by this morning.
