Had too much of a good time this weekend at the Europa Expo. I prolly had too much fun, sample here, sample there, Pre workout shot, protein shot, etc. All in all, I thank God i was somewhat ahead of schedule going into this event because i had a great time. 12 days out Last week of weightroom poundage!!
9 days out!!! Feeling great, had an energized cardio session the morning despite being low carb for the past two days Still holding water but it is beginning to come off slightly (Thank You Jesus!!) Bout to cook up my last back routine LEHHH GO!!!

8 Days out!! Day 1 of peak week. Nothing special just making sure all meds i was taking for my sinuses have been dropped. Also, cutting all yohimbe containing products. Including fat burners
You aint got nothing on the guy in the background of the 10 days out pictures! Now seriously, Looking awesome and I find it amazing how you can see some differences in just a matter of 3 days. I wish I had the time and ability to diet down to being close to contest condition.
