What is a stuffed cucumber? Well, it’s time you found out. Cucumbers are healthy, low in carbs, and high in nutrients!
- 1 600g Cucumber (sliced approximately 1.5-2″ per section)
- 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 c fat free greek yogurt
- 4.5 oz. Cooked Chicken
- Fresh dill *garnish
Cut cucumbers into sections, pulse other ingredients (minus dill) in a blender. Cut out the center of each cucumber slice. Fill with mixture, top with dill. Watch the video for the full tutorial!
